Senior Researcher in European Union Law (Italian law no. 240/2010, art. 24, para 3, let. B) in the Department of Legal and Social Studies of the “G.d’Annunzio” University of Chieti-Pescara, where she teaches EU Law and European policies for territorial cohesion. Awarded to the Abilitazione Scientifica Nazionale (field EU Law, IUS 14 – 12/E4), entitlement to be Associate Professor of EU Law in the Italian Universities, since November 2017.

At “G. d’Annunzio” University she is Member of the Didactic Commission of the Master’s Degree on Legal Sciences in Internationalisation and Innovation, she is Responsible of the European Documentation Centre of Chieti-Pescara and sits on the Department Council and on the Councils of the School of Business Economics, Legal and Sociological Sciences.

Member of the Editorial Staff of the Law Journal “European Papers”, directed by Ségolène Barbou des Places (University Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne), Enzo Cannizzaro (University of Rome “La Sapienza”), Gareth Davies (VU University, Amsterdam), Christophe Hillion (University of Leiden, Gothenburg, Oslo), Adam Lazowski (University of Westminster, London), Valérie Michel (University Paul Cézanne, Aix-Marseille III), Juan Santos Vara (University of Salamanca), Ramses A. Wessel (University of Twente). Member of the Editorial Committee of the Law Journal “Studi sull’integrazione europea”, directed by Ugo Villani, Ennio Triggiani, Giandonato Caggiano.

Degree in Law and Ph.D. in "Universalization of Legal Systems: History and Theory” (Globalizzazione dei sistemi giuridici. Storia e teoria), jointly organized by University of Florence, University of Rome "La Sapienza" and the Italian Institute of Human Sciences in Florence (currently academic structure of the Scuola Normale Superiore of Pisa).

Speaker in many Conferences and Seminars at national and international level, such as European Parliament-Italian Office, Italian Society for International and EU Law, University of Copenaghen, Cattolica University, Villa Vigoni-German Italian Center for the European Excellence, Roma Tre University, “G. d’Annunzio” University of Chieti-Pescara, University of Bari, University of Naples L’Orientale, University of Palermo, University “Magna Graecia” of Catanzaro, University of Molise.

Lawyer, she worked as a Legal Counsel with specialization in European Union Law both in domestic and international environments (European Central Bank, Council of Europe, Italian Prime Minister Office; Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs).
